Audio description is one of the few places where “just follow the script” actually works


but only if you really follow it. It’s not just about reading what’s there. It’s about landing it on time, with tone, without bulldozing the actor’s big moment. I’m not improvising. I’m not riffing. I’m following instructions… like a professional with a mic and the patience of someone who has paused a scene 17 times to hit a 0.6-second cue.
