...and backs it with time, budget, and follow-through. Accessibility rarely stalls because people don’t care. It stalls because no one owns the decision. It sits in the “later” category. Which feels flexible. Until later never comes.
When leadership decides accessibility matters, things move. It gets planned. Scheduled. Assigned. Not dramatically. Just clearly. And once that decision is made, the rest of the work tends to follow.
